As we kick off 2026 with strong momentum, we pause to recognize that 2025 belongs to the people who built it.
In 2025, the Crstl team showed up every day with urgency, care, and an obsession with doing things the right way, even when it was hard. From engineering to customer success and from partnerships to operations, this team did not just ship features. They built trust. They built systems customers rely on to move millions of dollars of goods we all use everyday. This is the kind of work that compounds and the kind that deserves to be celebrated.
What makes this moment special is that it reflects a vision years in the making. Crstl exists to take the chaos out of B2B trade and to replace brittle workflows with infrastructure that works. Seeing that vision come alive at scale across customers, partners, and industries has been the most meaningful milestone of all. The best kind of work.
The promise of modern B2B commerce is clear. Automation without fragility. Scale without complexity. Intelligence without black boxes.
What emerged in 2025 was not just more automation. It was better systems. Systems that handle edge cases, enforce compliance, and give operators confidence as volumes grow.
This year, we focused on building infrastructure that works at enterprise scale, while remaining accessible to fast-growing brands.
More product, more integrations, and a deeper, wider network connecting brands, retailers, and logistics partners.
At Crstl, we are building the infrastructure layer for agentic B2B commerce.
In 2025, we proved that vision works in the real world. In 2026, we take it to the next level.
2025 was a breakout year for Crstl.
In March 2025, we also announced an investment from Shopify Ventures, reinforcing Crstl’s role as the trusted infrastructure for modern B2B commerce.

Additional highlights include:
In 2025, we shipped across every layer of the Crstl platform, from AI and APIs to core EDI infrastructure. Our focus was simple. Reduce manual work and enable scale for operators running mission-critical workflows involving the movement of goods and money.
We launched Edison, our AI agent trained on a proprietary corpus of EDI specifications across hundreds of trading partners and thousands of workflows across vendor compliance rules, and scores of ERP and WMS systems.
Edison now powers:
We also rolled out AI-powered customer support and natural-language search, dramatically reducing the time teams spend navigating specifications, errors, and documentation.
We significantly expanded our integration footprint across ERP, WMS, and OMS systems, including NetSuite, GoodDay, Shopify B2B, Fulfil, Deposco, ShipHero, ShipNetwork, DCL, HUB Group, ODW Logistics, Finale, BlueBox, Apparel Magic, Stord, ShipBob, and many more.
For existing integrations, we shipped deeper capabilities, improved monitoring, and self-serve tools to fix and resync data without waiting on support.
We also invested heavily in product catalog capabilities, enabling brands to map SKUs and UPCs across systems, automate unit-of-measure conversions, and eliminate downstream fulfillment errors.
We made major infrastructure investments to support enterprise volumes, including:
Our internal tooling for building and maintaining trading partner connections is now faster, more flexible, and more resilient than ever.
We launched the Crstl Developer API, enabling developers to embed EDI automation into internal systems, allowing WMS and ERP platforms to build directly on Crstl, and making it possible for retailers and trading partners to communicate programmatically.
This is not “API for EDI”, but a first-of-its-kind multifaceted API that brings a whole new set of capabilities to the B2B trade ecosystem.
Crstl is becoming the standard network for modern B2B trade.
We shipped dozens of quality-of-life improvements across the app, including:
The result is faster setup, fewer errors, and a smoother daily experience for operators.
2025 proved that our foundation scales.
2026 is about scaling further, deeper, and across every level of the platform.
As we enter the new year, we are focused on shipping faster on our strongest infrastructure yet, going deeper on agentic automation with guardrails, further expanding our network of suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners, and continuing to build the system of action for B2B trade.
From all of us at Crstl, thank you to the customers and partners who helped shape the year.
2026 is already off to a great start, and we cannot wait for what’s next.
